Went to work. Not the best day at work. Our director made some comments that were false and also unnecessary in our staff meeting so I ended up very pissed off. We're having some issues with the parking equipment he chose and he decided to a) state that the issues were fixed when they're not yet fixed, b) say how co-operative the parking equipment company has been (the issue was reported to them in November and it's now May, plus the did some finger pointing at others before admitting that it was an issue with their software), and c) stated that it would have been worse if we had gone with a different company (the one that I had selected after working on the project for over two years) - and since we did not go with this company there's no way to know how our interaction with them would have been. So he's lost a lot of respect in my books again; which seems to be common. Oh well, it's only a job!
Picked up Isobel from Uncle Matty's today. She was a good girl for Auntie April. They went to the park, but Isobel had more fun walking up and down a little slope than playing on the slide or swings. And April learned that saying "no" to Isobel is really not that bad. Okay, sometimes it's horrible but usually only when she's overtired or in pain (damn teeth).
Isobel and I got home and tried to clean the patio floor a little bit. She ended up saoked and the the patio is no cleaner - but two buckets of water ended up black.
Jon got home and made us pasta for dinner. We then went for a walk in the evening to Minoru Park to feed the bunnies. While there we saw, two groups of baby ducks swimming in the lake and three baby bunnies.
When we got home it was time to get Isobel into her pajamas, brush her teeth, and put her to bed. She fell asleep much faster for Jon than the last few nights. I took a quick shower while he was putting her to bed.
